Do-follow Blog-List – Revisted

Posted on October 1st, 2008 by Donace in Misc, Webmaster

Since I first started compiling the list there were a few of them around and I thought hey I have time why not make a bigger better list?so I compiled a list, added it to a search engine and then made a custom crawler to find some more

Unfortunately since then do-follow blog lists are appearing everywhere and I do not have the time to keep my one updated and flowing.

Further my experiment with do-follow blog commenting show while they are useful for links there are other methods that net more profit link/PR wise for the time spent.

What does this mean? It means I am calling it quits! I will no longer be updating the do-follow blog list or do-follow search engine. I will leave other parties to do that.

Though saying that I will leave this project with a Bang; below is a list of over 3000 Pr0-8 blogs that had at one time do-follow enabled. (haven’t rechecked them all). It includes some .gov and .edu links! and a small search query template at the ned for you to find some more .edu/.gov links of your own!

Have fun and enjoy…don’t forget to comment on the list!

Great list you have produced .The problem with do-follow is people will spam. If a blog is good enough then the blog owner won’t need to have do-follow because people will comment to put their point of view across, not to gain a back link.

when a blog is starting and it wants to get a upper hand, their is no harm in attracting people who want do-follow links, because some will become hooked, so even if you change to no-follow, people will still comment.

        (A must)
