Starting the first of a series this article will tell you how to better secure your clickbank sites.
This article focuses on on a method which makes it possible to ‘buy’ a product for $0.01 instead of its full price.
All you need is one Firefox addon. Tamper Data is a Add-On that has the ability to edit the header codes received and sent by the browser, therefore when buying something from a website you can change the amount of money that you pay for it on your pay pal account. So basically you can get any item that you desire for a cent…
Below is an step by step
One way around this is to use one of the many secure paypal processors around the internet.

That’s pretty scary that can be done. I am glad I don’t have to worry about that!
it sure is; considering how simple it is to do!
I’ve had a sneak peak at the next article on the series and wow you would be surprised how insecure some clickbank sites are.

Well, it is scary if it can be done to me, but if I am doing it, then I don’t care!
Interesting thing, I hope I won’t be cheated. But, as I offer a service, and I take upfront payment, so unless it appears that they paid 1 cent I won’t have any trouble.
i’m not really use clickbank. So, no need to worry about that too much.
man that is scary.. Well I don’t really use clickbank or other sites of the like, but still..
Haha, I already know about the “Clickbank bug”
As for this, I don’t think it can really effect you when you’re selling on a small scale, but it will definitely cause problems for those large online shops.
Those who run ‘automated’ shops will feel the pinch indeed
This is crazy, I am amazed at how much there is to discover about making money online.
Indeed security is an aspect rarely considered when doing MMO
Is this for real? How do you guard against this?
you will have to use secure transactions in paypal / your payment method. Very easy to do.
Do you mean that simply using SSL will defeat this?
indeed; SSL or encrypting the the paypal button will work perfectly.
